After you list your home with me, if you are not satisfied with my service, if you feel I made promises I did not fulfill, or if you simply decide you no longer want to sell your home, whatever the reason, give me an 8 hour written notice to terminate the listing. Your listing will be returned, no questions asked. Your satisfaction is my highest concern.
